メールサーバ保守作業のお知らせ
         Announcing a mail server Maintenance

Dear Customers,

　日頃、彩ネットインターネットサービスをご利用頂きまして誠に
有り難う御座います。
Thank you for using SaiNet Internet Services.

メールサーバ増強の為の保守作業及び工事を行います。
工事の為に臨時にメールサーバを一時停止させる必要があります。
In order to strengthen mail server, the maintenance and
construction will come into operation. The maintenace need to
be temporarily shutdown.

1.停止日時：平成12年 7月26日(水曜日) 15:00-18:00
  Shutdown Date: Jul. 26, 2000 Wednesday 15:00-18:00

　※作業の進捗状況により若干前後することが御座いますので
　　予めご了承頂きますようお願い致します。
  *We are sorry, but the maintenance period may be extended.

2.上記作業実施に伴う影響
  The Effect of the Maintenance

　作業中はメールの送受信が接続ができませんが、
　メール以外のサービスは通常通り利用可能です。
  You cannot send/receive e-mail for the maintenance,
  but you can use all internet service without e-mail.

　メールサーバ停止中にお客様宛に送信されたメールは
　作業終了後に届くか送信者にエラーとして返信されます。
  The mail that is sent to you for the maintenance
  will be received after the maintenance or will be returned
  to the sender as a error mail.
