　回線保守の為、彩ネットのネットワークが一時的に停止致します。
  In order to increase backbone speed, the construction will come
  into operation. Due to this construction, all SaiNet Internet
  Services need to be temporarily shutdown.

　　停止時間：平成11年6月28日月曜日 11:30am-12:00am(30分間程)
    Shutdown Date:June 28, 1999 11:30am-12:00am (Total 30 minutes)
